Flagstaff Family Portraits: We can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful family. We shot Chris and Jennifer’s wedding in Sedona several years ago and now we have the amazing opportunity to photograph their adorable family again up in Flagstaff. Wedding photography leads to family portraits and we love it when our wedding clients return for portraits sessions. Spring in Flagstaff can sometimes be tricky for outdoor portraits; however, we had a great evening with cool, but beautiful weather. Our philosophy is to let the kids run around and capture their personalities in a comfortable environment for them. Sometimes that means playing at the park or hiking in the woods. We chose an outdoor location with a little kid-sized nature walk around the museum in Flagstaff. This gave us a beautiful setting and a place for the kids to run around and climb on the rocks. We understand that kids rarely sit still and look at the camera when you ask them, it’s more likely you are going to get the photo with the tongue sticking out. We have lots of great ideas for family photos and we would love to hear you ideas. The weather is starting to warm up and it’s the perfect time to book your summer family portrait session.
