Winter Wedding at L’Auberge de Sedona
Cory and Ken’s recent winter wedding at L’Auberge de Sedona was a beautiful intimate ceremony. They chose to include several Native traditions with Shanandoah of Sterling Weddings. She always takes special care and time to get to know her couples and create a unique and thoughtful ceremony. I especially love hearing the unique love stories that she includes in the couple’s ceremony. Though the weather in January was very chilling and overcast, Cory prepared ahead for her guests with southwestern shawls and blankets to keep everyone warm. It added a nice touch and kept with her simple southwest elegance. When planning a wedding in Sedona in January, it’s important to prepare for all types of weather. It’s one of the few months that we receive snow on occasion, but also have the same possibility of a sunny 75 degree day. It’s all part of the fun with outdoor western weddings. The L’Auberge team is always on hand and willing to help- even if it’s a cup a tea for the bride after the ceremony.
